Vitalik Buterin Has Announced A Roadmap For Ethereum Scaling Based On The Graph Protocol

The co-founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin, just published a blog describing a roadmap for growing the network. Rollups are a potential scaling solution for the Ethereum network in the short, medium, and long term.

Vitalik Buterin , detailed a strategic vision for expanding the available data space for roll ups utilising the Graph protocol. The token’s transaction volume has surged, and analysts predict that the GRT price will rise.

Zero-knowledge (zk) rollups compress data better than the Ethereum base layer, and Buterin presents a pragmatic approach toward a solution to enhance accessible storage space by using efforts like the Graph protocol.

The Graph protocol is a web3 project that uses GraphQL to index and query blockchain data.

The blog stated:

“Protocols like TheGraph can create incentivized marketplaces where clients pay servers for historical data with Merkle proofs of its correctness. This creates an incentive for people and institutions to run servers that store historical data and provide it on demand.”

Open interest is a sign of rising demand for a certain asset. Over the last 24 hours, open interest in GRT tokens on Binance, Huobi, and FTX has reached $65.64 million.
