Bitcoin Is Accepted At A Gentlemen’s Club In Las Vegas

The city of Las Vegas has a reputation for being a crazy place. The recent news will undoubtedly cheer cryptocurrency enthusiasts who are still reeling from the market’s fall. Crazy Horse 3, a well-known gentlemen’s club in the city, now takes bitcoins for lap dances and entertainer gratuities.

Customers can now purchase with bitcoin and remain anonymous.”Venue Becomes one of the First Strip Clubs in the United States to Welcome the Exchange of the Digital Currency for Adult Entertainment; Providing Tech-Savvy Customers with an Added Layer of Privacy and Flexibility,” said the club in a statement provided by email by a spokeswoman.

Lindsay Feldman, the publicist, stated: “Guests can enjoy all our bustling adult entertainment anonymously and instantly. Crazy Horse 3 has always been at the forefront of the industry and remains committed to offering unique and innovative amenities that elevate the world-class experience that our high-end clientele knows us for.”

The adult entertainment club claimed that guests or customers scan a QR code, which allows for a bitcoin payment transaction through their crypto wallet, all without leaving a paper trail.

Feldman assured that this payment option will not be a one-time occurrence.
If this attempt is successful, it may motivate other players in the adult entertainment sector to use cryptocurrency as a payment option. Especially since, for a variety of legal reasons, Mastercard and Visa frequently refuse to process payments for many entertainment websites.

Crazy Horse 3, which is open 24 hours a day, is not a novice when it comes to bitcoin.
Since July 2021, the Gentlemen’s Club has accepted the “king of cryptocurrencies” for the purchase of champagne packages. This service, which does not just sell bottled alcoholic beverages, usually includes other perks for consumers, such as table reservations, priority admittance, dedicated waiters, and other VIP benefits.

Crazy Horse 3 hopes that by accepting bitcoin for lap dances and tipping, it would be able to attract a new audience looking for privacy.

The adult entertainment club has teamed with infrastructure provider OpenNode, which handles bitcoin purchases via the Lightning network, to make this payment option viable. The lightning network adds an extra degree of security to clients’ and transactions’ identities.

Crazy Horse 3’s bitcoin rollout includes plans to accept cryptocurrencies for entrance, food, and custom drinks in the near future.
